• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

4. Chart Data and Market Analytics

When using our charting and analytics services, users agree to:

• Use the provided data and analytics for personal or internal business use only
• Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our chart data without explicit permission
• Acknowledge that financial market data may have inherent delays, inaccuracies, or omissions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

ChartInspect reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChartInspect and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ChartInspect.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChartInspect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Cryptocurrency Data Usage

Our Charts page provides access to cryptocurrency market data and analytics. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

• The cryptocurrency data provided is for informational and personal use only
• You are strictly prohibited from scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Charts page using automated means
• Redistributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting the cryptocurrency data is not permitted
• ChartInspect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of cryptocurrency market data
• Trading decisions based on this data are made at your own risk

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action. ChartInspect reserves the right to implement technical measures to prevent data scraping and unauthorized access.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree not to:

• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access, monitor, or extract data from our Services
• Circumvent any rate limiting, API restrictions, or data access controls implemented by ChartInspect
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or user accounts
• Use our Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the site
• Use the information provided through our Services to create a competing product or service

We actively monitor for suspicious activities and reserve the right to implement technical measures to prevent abuse of our Services. Violations may result in account termination, legal action, and possible financial penalties.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
