ChartInspect is a DBA of Quinones Digital Asset Management LLC. This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage on our website. Contact [email protected] about your privacy choices.

Your choice

Analytics is on by default, because product measurement is covered by the terms you accept when you use ChartInspect, and you can switch it off at any time. Marketing is off until you opt in. Select Reject optional, Accept all or Customize in the first-visit banner. You can keep browsing without choosing. Necessary account, security, payment and preference functions remain available when you reject optional tracking.

You can also reopen these controls from either footer or account preferences. We remember your versioned choice for 180 days, then ask again. A material change to the consent categories can require a new choice. We preserve previous explicit tracking refusals; an old opt-in is not treated as permission for the new categories.

Changing or withdrawing permission

Analytics and Marketing are independent. Rejecting either stops new events in that category. Withdrawing analytics clears our browser analytics IDs and unsent events. We clear accessible cookies for the categories you turn off. If Google tags have already loaded, saving a withdrawal reloads the page so those scripts stop running. This can interrupt unsaved page work.

A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps Marketing off. A saved preference is shared across ChartInspect tabs in the same browser; other devices and browsers have separate choices. Embedded charts do not start optional tracking. If browser storage is unavailable or a choice is invalid or expired, marketing stays off and analytics returns to its default, on.

Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase previously collected records or necessary billing and security records. Email support for access or deletion requests. Browser settings can also remove stored site data; blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or preferences.
