Each coin is weighted by its dormancy, coins that have not moved for a long time contribute more to "vaulted" supply. A coin's vaultedness weight is proportional to its age relative to the average age of all coins. High vaulted loss percentages mark deep bear market capitulation, historically the best accumulation zones.

Litecoin on-chain: Computes the ratio of total unrealized profit to total unrealized loss across all 100 price buckets in the cost basis histogram.
